The problem

Quadrant imports proven European farming products and sells them through a national network of stockists. The commercial challenge sat in three places: the brand did not communicate the premium quality of the products, new stockists needed education about what they were selling and how to sell it, and management could not see sales activity and pipeline clearly enough to steer the business.
02

Brand and product websites

HPCR repositioned the brand to match the calibre of the products: a premium European importer, presented accordingly. We then built dedicated websites for two flagship product lines, Stalosan F and X-Zelit, giving each product a proper commercial home with clear positioning for Australian farming customers. Both sites are live, and the rebuilt main Quadrant site is in progress.

Customer tools that do sales work

Between the brand sites and the CRM sits a layer of tools built to move a visitor towards a purchase. A stockist locator answers the question every product site gets asked, where can I buy this, with the nearest rural retailers. A calf pen calculator turns Stalosan F radio advertising into a concrete estimate and a stockist visit. A milk fever calculator shows a dairy farmer the hidden cost X-Zelit addresses.
The same campaign thinking runs through the content layer, including produced farmer case study videos that let customers hear results in a farmer's own words. HPCR delivered these as part of the broader campaign work around the products.

Stockist onboarding through HubSpot

Bringing on a stockist is a sales process and a teaching process at once. HPCR designed and built a HubSpot-connected onboarding campaign that runs automatically for each new stockist: educating them about the products they sell and helping them sell those products effectively. The sales process behind it was designed by HPCR as part of the work, with minimal instruction needed from the client, alongside custom forms and workflows that feed HubSpot cleanly.
05

The reporting HubSpot did not provide

HubSpot's standard reporting did not adequately answer management's questions. HPCR built a dedicated reporting platform over the HubSpot data: a reporting site covering sales rep activity, marketing campaign engagement, business insights and the commercial pipeline at any point in time, with interactive and ongoing guidance about where the business should focus next.

The operational value

Quadrant's leadership can now see its commercial position clearly and steer with data: which campaigns engage stockists, where the pipeline sits, what deserves attention next. New stockists arrive into a consistent, automatic onboarding experience rather than an ad hoc one. And the product brands present at the level the products deserve. Where results are commercially sensitive we do not publish figures, and we apply the same discretion to every client.
