We build the systems a business sells, operates and decides with.

HPCR identifies the commercial opportunity, designs the strategy, then builds and integrates the system: commercial websites, pricing and booking platforms, operational software, portals, CRM automation and management reporting, hosted, secured and supported by the same team, and measured for what changes.

The booking and operations platform HPCR built for Sunshine Coast Private Transfers: pricing, scheduling, drivers, customers and invoicing in one system. Seeded demonstration data.

One connected platform replaced booking friction, manual scheduling and owner dependency.

Sunshine Coast Private Transfers ran on the owner's attention: an older, heavily customised booking package, spreadsheets and phone calls between every step. HPCR designed and built the replacement end to end, from the new website and booking journey to scheduling, driver workflow, communications and invoicing.

The new booking journey, built by HPCR: live fare estimate as the details change
Customer dashboard listing upcoming, past and cancelled trips with statuses and rebooking actions, personal details removed
Customer self-service: upcoming and past trips
A booking made online prices itself, takes payment, is allocated a vehicle and appears in the driver's portal, while confirmations and reminders send themselves. Nobody re-types anything in between.
The owner estimates the system removes several days of manual administration each week, and the business no longer depends on one person relaying information for it to function.

Most clients arrive asking for one of these. They stay because the three work as one.

Layer one

Brand and commercial websites

Public platforms that position the product, educate the buyer and create demand. Built to be measured, not admired.

Sales and management systems

What management sees on Monday morning: stockist onboarding, CRM automation, pipeline and campaign reporting, and the compliance and training evidence behind it.

Quadrant sells through other people. So we built the system those people sell with.

Stockists are onboarded by a system, too

Every new stockist enters an automated onboarding and education sequence HPCR designed on the client's HubSpot: nine emails across three weeks, practical resources on every send, forms and human follow-up where it matters, and engagement recorded against the company record. It runs live in controlled client testing.
Day 0 of the onboarding sequence: the product story in one line a busy store can use. Public-safe derivative.

Two product brands, one parent.
Stalosan F and X-Zelit each get a site that sells the product on its own terms, without fragmenting the Quadrant brand.
Calculators do the selling.
A farmer works out their own bedding cost or milk fever exposure, then arrives at the stockist already convinced of the numbers.
Reporting closes the loop.
Onboarding, sales activity and pipeline land in the CRM, and a dedicated reporting layer answers the questions management actually asks.

From market opportunity to a complete proprietary platform.

No client asked for Cleverer. HPCR saw the gap and built it as a product in its own right: a cyber compliance platform that helps organisations collect and maintain evidence of the reasonable steps they are taking to protect customer data, with controls, policies, integrated training and reporting in one place.
It is the clearest answer to whether we can conceive something substantial, build it securely and keep running it.

An instant wedding quote at two in the morning.

The Rocks Yandina expected a website redesign. HPCR identified that the venue's pricing knowledge was its most valuable commercial asset, and built it into an instant pricing system that answers customers immediately and captures every enquiry by name.

Custom WordPress functionality, built fit for purpose

Custom plugins · Hardened hosting and infrastructure · Fewer third-party dependencies
Where a site runs on WordPress, we build the functionality ourselves rather than stacking third-party plugins. Heavy plugin stacks bring security, maintenance and compatibility risk, and popular plugins can grow bloated or change hands. Custom, fit-for-purpose builds on hardened hosting give clients more control over performance, security and long-term maintainability.

Built for businesses that have outgrown their systems.

HPCR does its best work for established small and mid-sized businesses that recognise some of this:

Systems that do not talk to each other

The website, the spreadsheets, the accounting package and the inbox each hold part of the truth.

Spreadsheets and manual processes

Quotes, schedules and follow-ups that depend on someone remembering to do them.

A website that just sits there

It looks fine, but it does not price, book, capture or teach anything.

No management visibility

The questions that matter on Monday morning take someone half a day to answer.

An apparent growth ceiling

The busier the business gets, the harder the current way of working fights back.

A sense that something should be built

You know improvement is possible, but not exactly what. Identifying it is where we start.
5.0
Google rating
The rating comes from more than a decade of business IT support, urgent fixes and long-term client relationships. The same accountability goes into every system we build.

What should your business build next?

Bring us the process that costs you time, or the ceiling you keep hitting. We will identify the opportunity, tell you honestly whether a system is the right answer, and roughly what it takes to build and prove it.
