Booking and scheduling platforms

One platform that prices, books, schedules and communicates

For businesses whose work is jobs, trips, vehicles and rosters: a booking platform built around your operation, not a generic plugin you have to fight.

When bookings outgrow the inbox

Service operators usually start with phone, email and a calendar. It works until it does not: double-booked resources, prices worked out by hand, drivers or field staff texted their jobs one by one, customers calling to ask where things are up to, and invoices assembled at the end of the month from memory.
Off the shelf booking plugins rarely survive contact with a real operation. They cannot price on distance, time and vehicle type at once, they do not know your fleet or your roster, and they leave staff and customers outside the system.
What we build

What HPCR designs and builds

Online booking with dynamic pricing across the variables that matter to you, such as distance, travel time, dates, vehicle or resource type and extras.
Ecommerce and payments built into the booking flow, including options for account and business customers with invoicing.
Scheduling that knows your vehicles, equipment and people, and helps prevent clashes before they happen.
Portals for drivers, field staff or contractors, so everyone sees their jobs, times and details without a phone call.
Customer portals where clients can see and manage their bookings.
Automated communications through the whole journey: confirmations, reminders, day-of details and review requests afterwards.
How it fits

Built as an operating platform

This is not a widget on a website. It is the system the business runs on: the website sells, the platform prices and books, the schedule allocates, the portals inform, the communications reassure and the invoicing collects. Management sees the whole picture in one place.
Proof

Where this is already running

Sunshine Coast Private Transfers operates on a platform HPCR rebuilt end to end: dynamic trip pricing based on distance, travel time and other variables, online bookings and payments, vehicle management, scheduling, driver portals, customer portals, automated customer communications, review workflows and invoicing options for business customers.
The design goal was simple to say and hard to build: a transfer business in a box. Add drivers, add vehicles, take bookings, and the platform handles the machinery around them.
Common questions

Asked before most projects start

We are not a transfer company. Does this apply to us?

Yes. The same platform thinking fits any operation built on jobs, resources and time: hire businesses, tours and experiences, field services, freight and deliveries, clinics and classes. The variables change; the machinery is the same.

Can it handle our pricing?

Dynamic pricing is the heart of these builds: distance, duration, dates, resource type, extras and business rules are all in scope. If you can explain how a price is worked out, we can build it.

What about our existing bookings and customers?

Migration is planned as part of the build. We map your existing records and bring them across so the platform starts with your history, not a blank slate.

Run the operation from one system

Describe a normal week: the bookings, the vehicles, the people and the phone calls. We will show you what the same week looks like on a platform built for it.
