CRM integration and reporting

Turn CRM and operational data into decisions

Your CRM holds the story of your sales. We connect it to the rest of the business and build the reporting layer that tells you what is actually going on.

The reporting gap

CRMs are good at capturing activity and bad at explaining it. Standard dashboards answer the questions the vendor imagined, not the ones your management meeting actually asks: which campaigns are producing engaged prospects, which reps need support, where the pipeline really sits and what should change next quarter.
Meanwhile the CRM often floats disconnected from the tools around it. Forms feed it patchily, follow-up depends on individuals, and onboarding new customers or partners is a manual checklist someone has to remember.
What we build

What HPCR designs and builds

Custom reporting built around your CRM data, presented as a dedicated reporting site for the people who need it: sales activity, campaign engagement, pipeline position and trends over time.
Interactive, ongoing guidance alongside the numbers: what the data suggests the business should focus on next.
Automated onboarding journeys for customers, stockists or partners, including education about your products and how to sell them.
Custom forms and workflows that feed the CRM cleanly, so data arrives structured instead of retyped.
Sales process design where it is missing: stages, follow-up rules and handoffs, built with minimal instruction needed from you.
Integrations between the CRM and your website, pricing tools, booking systems and operational software.
How it fits

Built on the tools you already use

We work deeply with HubSpot and connect it to WordPress and WooCommerce sites, custom software, email and SMS, and reporting front ends. Where the standard reports are not adequate, we build the reporting that is.
Proof

Where this is already running

For Quadrant Farming Solutions, a national importer and distributor of European farming products, HPCR built a HubSpot-connected stockist onboarding campaign that educates new stockists about the products they sell and helps them sell them, with the sales process itself designed by HPCR along the way.
We then built a dedicated reporting site over their HubSpot data: visibility of sales activity, marketing campaign engagement and the commercial pipeline, with dynamic guidance on where to focus, because the standard HubSpot dashboards did not adequately answer management's questions.
Common questions

Asked before most projects start

We already have HubSpot. Is that enough?

HubSpot is a strong foundation and we build on it rather than replace it. The gap is usually reporting and connection: standard dashboards that do not answer management questions, and data stuck in silos around the CRM. That is the part we build.

Can you work with our operational systems too?

Yes. The most useful reporting usually combines CRM data with operational data such as bookings, quotes or orders. Connecting those sources is exactly what these projects are for.

Who is this for?

Businesses with a sales team or distribution network where management wants clear visibility: importers, distributors, manufacturers, franchises and multi-rep sales organisations.
